NBR Steam Group
I just so happen to be the owner of our official NBR Steam Gaming Group 
If you want an easy way to find other forum members in a game, be sure to join our group! No active participation is required and currently we are not scheduling any games so its just a good resource to have to find other forum members inside Steam.
We did have our own dedicated TF2 server and scheduled game times together, I may try to get this going again if I can find enough people interested. I also may have resources for a dedicated Left 4 Dead server.
